Who can become a member of Ecotrel?
Strictly speaking, only Luxembourg-based producers, importers and foreign-based companies which sell directly to users in Luxembourg may subscribe to Ecotrel.
Other foreign companies that supply EEEs to Luxembourg importers may also subscribe to Ecotrel on behalf of their clients, if their clients commission them to do so.
Only Luxembourg companies can obtain the status of Active member, which entitles them to participate in the work of Ecotrel's General Assembly. Companies located abroad can hold the status of Acceding member.
